Freight:
F.O.B. Origin Freight Collect*
Buyer pays all
freight Charges including packing, crating, shipment, unloading, etc.
Bears all freight charges and costs, owns goods while in transit, and is
responsible for filing freight claims if required.

your convenience, freight charges can be pre-paid and invoiced separately.
All invoices for
freight will be due immediately upon receipt of invoice.)

Pricing
does not include;
Site
modifications such as building reinforcement or structural changes and area
preparation such as floor clearing, cleaning, sealing, or leveling. Any and
all installation services including assembly, pre-assembly, wiring, exhaust
routing, fan sealing, etc . Any and all construction and or use permits and
licenses, approvals, certificates, bonds, or taxes required in connection
with the dismantling, installation and use of proposed equipment are the
sole responsibility of the buyer. Removal,
relocation, rerouting and/or reconnection and testing of displaced
utilities or existing equipment (i.e. batch ovens, collectors, booths,
conveyors, control panels, washers, powder guns, gas lines, electrical
lines, water lines, paint lines, sprinkler system lines, compressed air
lines, etc.) Any and all fire detection or suppression equipment required
by code authorities.
