Wagner Booth:
Openings: 35"W x 72"H part openings, manual spray opening 24" x 36", 1 opening for auto spray guns.
Overall booth length 26' x 64" wide which includes 30" vestibules on each end, With the collector the booth overall with is 100" (64" booth, 36" collector) booth overall height 10' which includes a 36" base.
Booth has spark detection and control panel.
Stainless steel walls, floors, and ceiling. There are Plexiglas covers with openings for 4 ceiling lights and 4 side lights which are included.
Collector is included with the booth as well as control for pulsing the collector filters, final filters are under the base of the booth.
Gema Reclaim System:
480 VAC 3 phase 30 amp
8 cartridge filters and 3 final filters
Includes 2 rotary sieves and all controls. There are no gun hoppers supplied. One sieve is brand new and never used. The sieve has an 80 mesh screen.

Control runs sieve and 3 reclaim hopper powder pumps.
There are hoses to the sieve feed hopper and exhaust to collector.
Auto Spray Equipment:
Gema Powder Manager
5 auto guns with controllers type PGC1, powder pumps are included but are the old style.
Part detection includes 5 entrance booth sensors, a pulse generator to attach to conveyor drive and a PLC that controls it all. Control is made by Gale
Engineering Inc Job #7312 It includes a Direct Logic PLC but no software for programming the PLC.
It is all functional.
Wagner Reclaim Collector:
480 VAC 3 phase 30 amp
Includes controls for pulsing filters, the spark detection and shutdown and all air controls.
Does not include incoming air balancer and first filters.
Gema Manual Spray Guns and Controls:
(3) Easytronic spray guns with controls on custom made stands.
(1) Optistar manual gun and control on custom made stand.
None of the manuals include the gun hoppers
The controls are all 120 VAC single phase and are operational.
Includes all hoses and incoming air controls.

The asking price on this equipment is $60,000.00
