Controls: Partlow 0-450 F Indicating Temperature Control and Mercoid Non Indicating Over-temperature Control.

General: single side swing door with pressure latches. Heat is supplied by an atmospheric burner firing from side wall and circulated by a belt driven fan. Air safety switches monitoring circulating air and power exhaust will terminate gas to burner in the event of fan failure. Interior has a 2 piece steel plate floor. Oven will be shipped disassembled and match marked. An assembly sketch will be provided.
